About Phil Monkress

Phil Monkress (born February 9, 1964) is Chief Executive Officer of All Points Logistics, a U.S. Navy Service Disabled Veteran, and NATO Advisor.
After graduating Skiatook High School, in 1982, he was accepted to Valdosta State University majoring in Electrical Engineering.  In 1987, Phil entered the United States Navy.  He focused his training on Advanced Electronics, as a Data Systems Technician. In 1992, he was injured and was medically discharged from the U.S Navy.
Soon after his discharge from the Navy, he was recruited by NATO to support the Mediterranean Theatre as a engineer, backing the communications and operations.  At the same time, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree from Valdosta State University (1994).
Once he had completed his commitment from NATO, he took a position with KPMG, one of the largest professional services firms in the world and one of the Big Four auditors.  His consulting position focused on the support and management of commercial, state, and federal sector agencies.
In 1999, he joined All Points as Chief Operating Officer (COO).  In 2009, Phil assumed full ownership of All Points as President and Chief Executive Officer.  He is credited and was instrumental in the significant growth of APL into a multi-million dollar corporation, supporting and supplying large government contracts.
To date, All Points has contracts with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Security Agency (NSA), U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Navy.
